This may be the first time you have required a pest control operator. We understand this and also the urgency in which you need a response as well as the information of what to do in the meantime.
Our skilled telephone team will listen to the details you pass us regarding the intrusion and discuss what options are open to you as well as some actions you may be able to implement yourself reducing the need for a call from Omega.
Should it be established that a call is required, an unmarked vehicle will be dispatched to you by appointment so it’s convenient for you and your not waiting around all day!
The technician that will arrive will have all the information you passed to our office staff and will be able to get to work defining & implementing a solution immediately.
On occasion, recommendations will be made for you that may require additional works. This will be discussed and agreed with you before any action is taken.
No chargeable action will ever be undertaken without you being informed of the reasons why and your prior written consent.Our service team work under the supervision of our Field Biologist who always available to them. Our team are also highly experienced, polite and of course ready to react.
